30 years ago there was an anti-nose-diving invention like yours already, I think it was on the Britisch "Chelsea Morning" Moth.
But: The much better invention was the foiled rudder. It regulates the trim automatically (also on a non-foiler moth) by pulling the stern down if the moth trims forward down and prevents nosediving (in most cases).
